You will handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings and events, and maintain key systems, ensuring smooth team operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting project and commercial activities with precision and professionalism. This role offers a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Sydney office.The OpportunityArrange travel, meetings, team events, and workshops, managing logistics and documentationSupport corporate credit card purchases, staff onboarding/offboarding, and timesheet coordinationMaintain and update distribution lists, Team SharePoint sites, calendars, and business card ordersAssist with client invoice generation, debt collection, supplier invoice submissions, and project setupProduce and format documents adhering to corporate templates and style guidelinesAt Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
