We're expanding and looking for multiple Meet Murdoch Team Assistants to join our growing team.
Be part of a dynamic group that supports future students through exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, SMS, and face-to-face channels.
In this role, you'll assist with application processing, liaise with applicants, and help convert enquiries into enrolments.
Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries from domestic and international future students
Support outbound call campaigns
Guide prospective students through the application process
What We Offer You
This casual role attracts a competitive casual rate of $40 p/hr - $45 p/hr inclusive of 25% casual loading plus 12% employer superannuation contributions.
Periodic wage increases between 1 Jan 2026 to 1 July 2026 totalling a 4% increase

What you'll bring to the role
Communicates confidently and clearly over the phone, with strong verbal and written skills
Handles a diverse range of enquiries with professionalism, warmth and a positive attitude
Ability to inspire and guide prospective students, turning interest into applications
Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates discretion when handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ensures accurate and efficient data entry
Requirements
Currently undertaking or having completed studies at Murdoch University are encouraged to apply
Criminal record check and a valid working with children check or the ability to register for one in accordance with the University's procedures
Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have current and valid work rights in Australia
