About the Role
You will take ownership of a high-performing desk, leveraging established relationships with key Federal Government departments and private organisations. Your focus will be on building connections, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and delivering outstanding results for clients and candidates alike.
* Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Cloud & Infrastructure space.
* Deliver tailored recruitment solutions, leveraging your understanding of market trends and client needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and share success.
* Drive business development activities to grow and maintain a strong client portfolio.
* Work with the Director to plan and deliver marketing and event strategy
* Achieve and surpass KPI/budget expectations
