In this opportunity your role will work between being a first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch, directing phone inquiries to the most appropriate contact and general administration supporting the Sales and Operations team to create efficiencies in the office. As first point of contact, you will meet and greet customers as they visit, ensuring a welcoming first impression, work with incoming calls to problem solve or direct their call to the most relevant point of contact in a friendly and consistent manner with administrative duties including:
* Processing cash sales & credit card transactions
* Liaising on service orders and generating quotations
* Maintaining customer files, and database
* Booking inductions/courses, flights and accommodation
* Coordinating mail, incoming and outgoing
* Processing customer purchase orders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A positive team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to help others and roll up your sleeves
* Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone
* Intermediate MS office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ideal experience: 2-3 years in an office-like environment, either in reception/administration or customer service
* A current driver's license
* Cert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service-Based Accounting software highly desirable
