What you'll be doing
You will join our well-established crew of multi-skilled trades conducting maintenance activities on local commercial buildings and projects in the Perth metro area, including:
* Government infrastructure projects
* Hotel refurbishments
* Hospital upgrades
* Healthcare/education facility renovations
* Stadiums and retail buildings
We invest in individual training plans for each employee to increase their skills and capabilities.
What you'll bring to our team
* Trade Certificate in Carpentry
* General building maintenance & carpentry
* Painting
* Tiling
* Plasterboard repairs & flushing
* Minor plaster & concrete repairs
* Downpipe & gutter repairsAssessing & repairing roof leaks
* Manual Driver's Licence
* White Card
* National Police Clearance or ability to obtain
* Solid understanding of safety
* Strong communicator, self-starter & problem-solver
* Ability to work night shift as required for specific projects
