Makibe Australia are currently seeking a Part time HR & Payroll Assistant to join our client’s team in Ingleburn on a casual/part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR and payroll experience, or for an experienced payroll professional looking for flexible part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing using Sybiz Visipay and ADP
- Payroll filing and record keeping
- Preparing spreadsheets and end-of-month payroll reports
- Reception duties and front-of-house support
- Assisting HR with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You
- Ideally enrolled in a HR-related course and seeking practical, on-the-job experience
- OR experienced in payroll and looking for a part-time opportunity
- Robust attention to detail with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel)
- Organised, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
