We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Specialist whowill be pivotal in the growth and evolution of VAHY, a fast-growing niche luxury fragrance and amenities brand, using all natural ingredients, genderless, vegan and cruelty-free.
This is a fast-paced creative role for someone who's ready to take the lead, move quickly, connect and grow our community, and shape how the brand shows up, across multiple platforms.
You'll be responsible for digital marketing and social, content creation, supporting creator communities and influencers, assisting with launches and activations, brand-building and engaging our growing community. You'll have real input, real responsibility, and room to grow as the brand scales.

Key responsibilities:
* Assist in managing social media channels including (a) Instagram; (b) Facebook; (c) TikTok; (d) Pinterest, with responsibilities including but not limited to; strategy, content planning, content creation, channel scheduling, channel delivery and community management.
* Assist in managing social media calendars, ensuring known marketing events are project managed in a timely way and responding to ad hoc opportunities. This includes creative development content strategies to celebrate each event.
* Deliver social media campaigns with a focus on growth, engagement and community building.
* Assist with the management of collaborations with other brands.
* Plan, design, source, and curate original and brand aligned content for social media and digital marketing.
* Appear in, create and edit photo and video content quickly. Please note that you must be comfortable in front of the camera.
* Drive UGC, gifting and influencer program, and liaise with content creation communitiescreators, and influencers.
* Assist in planning in-house content shoots, including preparation, planning and execution.
* Review and report on channel outcomes, trends, competitors, opportunities and audience providing actionable insights.
* Assist with the execution of paid advertising campaigns through Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms, as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing social media channels, ideally for brands in fashion, beauty, or retail.
* Experience in TikTok and Instagram strategies and developing platform native content.
* Experience in content creation communities and brand building activations
* Experience in delivering a successful influencer marketing strategy.
* Confident and willing to appear in social content.
* Skilled and confident in copywriting for blogs, marketing and social media.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, deadline-driven and solution-focused.
