• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and maintain client portfolios

• Manage settlement obligations in a timely and effective manner

• Liaise with the Operations team to coordinate cash and stock transfers, corporate actions, and international trading execution

• Assist in servicing client accounts by researching routine problems and resolving queries
">
• Provide proactive client management, ensuring annual reviews, updates of risk profiles, and expiring documentation are completed on time

• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files

• Report on the Investment Adviser's service delivery, including compliance with the portfolio mandate

* Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to possess a degree qualification in finance or a related field, or relevant prior experience in a similar position within a professional services firm. Strong interpersonal and client skills are essential, as is the ability to use technology, particularly spreadsheets. Attention to detail and logical thinking are also crucial.
