Located on the picturesque Grand Pacific Drive, 500 metres from the Seacliff Bridge, The Imperial at Clifton is a multi-level hospitality venue encompassing a restaurant, all-day-dining, premium take-away offerings and functions/events packages.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an additional team member to join the kitchen brigade in a full-time capacity as a Commis Chef or Cook on a 4 day per week rotating roster .
As a pivotal member of the brigade, you will deliver a menu of fresh, local and modern cuisine for the all-day dining options including breakfast, lunch and dinner, take-away offerings and a range of exciting food offerings for all various events, celebrations and functions.

WHO ARE YOU?
You are a foodie who is passionate about hospitality however, most importantly have a genuine love of cooking.
Ability to deliver high volume and high-quality menus, including events. Previous events experience is highly desirable.
Able to work independently and also as part of a team;
You are organised, with high attention to detail and compliance related to food safety and hygiene practices;
Able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
Our qualified chefs will be able to provide their trade qualification and our cooks will have a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge and skill set.
