Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
* Strong experience in risk assessment, with a clear understanding of how to manage safety for clients, colleagues, and oneself.
* The ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
* Confidence using clinical software systems and the ability to maintain detailed, accurate case records.
* A flexible approach to working hours, including participation in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call roster, to meet the needs of families and the MST-CAN model.
* A current Australian Driver Licence and the ability to travel for work purposes.
