Skills and experience required: Demonstrated executive leadership experience within mining, resources, or heavy industrial services. Strong financial and commercial acumen with proven results in business performance. Extensive experience leading large teams and complex operations. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
