We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to build and lead our global revenue machine. The Role
This is an executive leadership role responsible for the company's global growth strategy. Your mission is to grow Beaver's sales from $50m to $250m over the next 10 years. You will own the entire commercial front‑end of the business, including Capital Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Product Management. You will be responsible for building it into a high‑performance revenue machine.
Accountabilities
* Revenue Leadership : Act as the executive owner of the company's commercial front‑end, ensuring total alignment across all teams to aggressively grow the business.
* Global Revenue Strategy : Design and own the 'Go-to-Market' strategy, sequencing market entry to build a scalable global revenue machine (across APAC, Americas, EMEA).
* Capital Sales : Build the team and direct sales model to win high‑stakes capital projects via EPCMs and major Mining Companies around the world.
