Commercial Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key business partner, you will champion commercial awareness within the hotel, plan and execute commercial strategy with an emphasis on revenue, sales, and marketing.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for formulating hotel revenue plans with the Hotel Manager and RMCC, proactively managing rates and occupancy to achieve RGI targets, and ensuring accurate forecasting and monthly reporting of revenue streams.
* You will lead the sales team through daily/weekly meetings, develop comprehensive sales action plans across all market segments, identify high-potential team members, and create career development plans to foster professional growth.
* You will establish and nurture a segmented account strategy (A, B, C categories) across Corporate, Leisure, and MICE sectors, personally manage strategic accounts, and convert business from competitors.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hotel sales role
* Strong communication skills with both guests and colleagues
* Proficient with computer systems (sales management software experience preferred)
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Problem-solving skills with demonstrated conflict resolution experience
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Positive, passionate attitude with attention to detail
