Becoming a Data Analyst in a Blockchain Ecosystem
Job Description
* Partner with business units to design advanced analytics solutions transforming raw blockchain data into actionable insights.
* Lead analytical support for campaigns ensuring accurate tracking of user eligibility rewards distribution and post-event ROI analysis.
* Create data dashboards and visualizations to monitor key metrics TVL user activity gas trends informing strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics Statistics Actuarial Sciences Computer Science Engineering or Life Sciences.
* 3-5 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role.
* A self-driven team player able to quickly learn and apply new tools techniques such as proprietary analytical software data models and programming languages.
* Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals Mastery of EVM-based chains including consensus mechanisms transaction lifecycle and smart contract execution.
* Ability to decode transaction structures and smart contract logs/events.
* Expertise in Dune Analytics SQL + dashboarding and at least one other platform.
* Ability to query and decode raw blockchain data.
* Competency in two or more of the following:
* Data visualization tool.
* Graph querying language.
* Strong programming knowledge.
* Deep understanding of other Non-EVM blockchain mechanisms.
