Job Overview
This role is for an experienced Centre/Property Manager based at Gladstone Central Shopping Centre, located in Gladstone, QLD. The position will be onsite and fully supported by a dedicated Facilities Manager and an Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for overall performance and building services operations of the centre
* Deliver efficient and cost‑effective management of the centre
* Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area
* Ensure tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with relevant lease provisions
* Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements
* Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance
* Provide regular centre performance updates to clients
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous Property/Centre Management or Operations experience within a busy retail environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Financial acumen with the ability to prepare and analyse financial reports
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and professional approach
* Certificate of Registration
