**The Organization**
Our client is the market leader in their chosen field. They're searching for an experienced Finance Operations Supervisor in this newly created role to join their team in a permanent, part-time basis based in Burnley. Overseeing a team of approximately three, this role will suit a highly motivated and driven individual to mentor the team to success.
**Position Description**
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following duties;
- Overseeing all Finance Operations
- Lead and supervise the accounts team through delegation and managing workload, and occasionally assisting in actual accounting duties
- Assist with supplier rate increases, negotiating and sourcing
- Review, monitor, and manage financial budgets and contribute to financial strategies
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar leadership position. Experience working within a large business will be looked upon favorably as well as experience with prior experience in transport, logistics, or FMCG. Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to successfully guide and mentor a team.
