What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Proven leadership experience in aged care or similar clinical settings
* Strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management
* Ability to lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
* Confidence in managing assessments, care planning and AN-ACC requirements
