Working under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager and closely with the Community and Place Director, Managers and Coordinators, the role provides expert guidance on the following:Configuration, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of systemsCoaching users of the systems to build workforce capability, capacity and enhanced utilisationMonitors, analyses and reports on systems performance and linkages with other corporate systems to anticipate, investigate and resolve problemsThis role requires high skills in stakeholder and relationship management, both with internal service units and external vendors.
The position oversees the following systems: Community Facility Bookings (Momentus), Leisure Centres (Envibe), Rangers (PinForce and Zoodata) and Community Development (Enquire).
