This is a newly created role within the Business’s Fitout and Refurbishment division and will involve working across medical projects spanning up to $1M.
Role
Reporting to the Director, this role is based from an office location in the Northern suburbs, and will involve responsibilities such as:
- Deliver project schedules and managing budgets
- Managing financials of the projects
- Liaising with site team and stakeholders of the project
- Resolving any disputes that may arise
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator experience
- Fitout/Refurbishment project experience desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Packages
- Full Australian working rights
