Overview
This exciting opportunity provides support to the sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband. This role is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week, on a rotating roster between Monday to Friday, 8am to 11pm, and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 8pm.

Role and responsibilities
The Residential Sales Consultant provides support to the sales team that oversees all residential services for Aussie Broadband customers. You’ll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:
- Meeting prescribed standards and call handling targets
- Maximising revenue and achieving commissions through selling procedures
- Identifying customer needs via questioning techniques, product usage analysis, and standard procedures
- Providing information on a range of products and services to enable informed decisions
- Meeting required sales targets based on opportunity
- Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems
- Escalating customer complaints per Aussie Broadband policies and procedures
