**Part Time Centre Manager – 19 hours p/w - flex days/hours**
**Manage a retail portfolio of shopping centres for one major client**
**Perth | Mooroo | Land of the Whadjuk Noongar people**
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Centre Manager to join our team working on a energetic new account, overseeing a small portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres located around Perth.
You will be fully supported by our facilities, admin and finance teams in this highly rewarding and flexible role.
This is a permanent part time role of 19 hours per week - you choose the days and hours which work best.
**Here’s what you will focus on;**
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the centres efficiently and cost-effectively
• Safeguard and enhance the investment performance of each property
• Oversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance and rent reviews
• Prepare and manage cash flow budgets, including retail performance forecasting
• Conduct weekly site inspections and provide regular performance updates to the client
• Liaise with wider Retail PM team including Facilities, Finance and Administration
• Align policies and procedures with ownership objectives and tenant needs
**Here’s what you’ll need to succeed;**
• Proven experience in Centre Management within a retail environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A agile and adaptable approach to change
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Professional communication style and proactive mindset
• Current Driver’s Licence and Real Estate Certificate (essential)
