Key Duties:
- Assisting the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations across our outlets
- Assist in coordinating the front of house team’s daily operations within a high volume environment
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional, prompt and friendly service
- Lead from the front, mentor and train the team, ensuring a fun and energetic working setting
- Optimise team members rostered to increase revenue and productivity
- Address any guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure everyone has the best experience possible
- Consistently follow safety guidelines when performing tasks or using equipment, reporting all hazards, near misses or accidents to appropriate personnel
About You:
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience leading a team, identifying opportunities for improvement, training and developing the team
- Good knowledge of Melbourne food and beverage scene, what’s new and what’s hot
- Coffee fanatic
- Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently lead team briefing sessions with up to 12 team members
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
