We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team at ARMA Group Pty Ltd, based in our Goulburn office, NSW. This role will be servicing clients from Goulburn to Young and across the NSW region. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing our clients with tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Predominantly, a farming book of business applicant with rural or farm insurance experience would be ideal
What you'll be doing
* Conducting detailed risk assessments to understand our clients' unique insurance needs
* Researching and comparing a wide range of insurance products to find the most suitable and cost-effective solutions
* Preparing comprehensive insurance proposals and presenting them to clients
* Negotiating with insurance providers to secure the best possible terms and conditions
* Providing ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring their policies remain up-to-date and appropriate
* Maintaining detailed records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations
* Actively participating in the growth and development of the brokerage business
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar client-facing role within the insurance industry
* Thorough understanding of insurance products, risk management principles, and industry regulations
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address clients' insurance needs
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of the brokerage
* Relevant insurance qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
