As our Head of Partnerships – South East QLD, you'll play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region. This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose, backed by a passionate national team and given the trust, tools, and flexibility to drive success in your territory.
You'll represent and grow our innovative, co-managed care model within aged care facilities, develop strong partnerships, and work closely with internal stakeholders, residents, and families. You'll also have the opportunity to support local recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless experience for partner homes and clinicians alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow resident numbers across a defined territory covering South East Queensland, including Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba
* Identify and engage residential aged care facilities requiring clinical support services
* Introduce, promote and clearly articulate the Access Aged Care holistic model of care, including how it differs from traditional models
* Travel regularly within your territory to meet with key stakeholders face to face
* Build strong relationships and support clinician recruitment as required within your region
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from facilities, residents and families regarding onboarding and service navigation
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including nurses and administration teams, and external stakeholders including facility staff, residents, families and legal representatives
* Maintain accurate and up to date records across homes and regional databases
* Provide structured feedback to management based on insights from partner homes and residents
* Deliver consistently high quality service aligned with organisational standards
* Complete reporting and ad hoc duties as required
* Act at all times in line with Access Telehealth values
Key Selection Criteria
* Strong ability to work autonomously with a proactive, ownership mindset
* Experience in a similar role, with healthcare or aged care sector knowledge highly regarded
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet agreed timelines
* Highly developed communication and relationship building skills across diverse stakeholder groups
* Confidence working independently with minimal supervision
* Strong customer service and engagement capability
* Competence using basic computer systems including word processing, spreadsheets and CRM platforms
* High attention to detail with consistent accuracy
* Professional, courteous and discreet, with a strong understanding of confidentiality
