We are looking for IRATA Level 3 Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Karratha. These positions operate on a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) 2/2 roster, offering a great opportunity to balance work and home life This opportunity is open the candidates based in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, guide, and coordinate a team of multi-disciplined rope access technicians
* Task designation, monitoring performance, and providing support when required
* Work collaboratively with internal and customer stakeholders
* Perform site-specific risk assessments
* Maintain company records in accordance with IRATA requirements
* Equipment inspections and management
* Ensure zero harm in the workplace by adhering to all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
* Experience in managing workpacks and project hours
* Current IRATA Level 3 Certificate
* Class C Driver's Licence
* White Card
* Work Safely at Heights and Confined Spaces certification
* First aid and CPR
* Ability to pass a comprehensive medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing
