You will inherit a well-functioning finance setup and step straight into a trusted executive position, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with senior leadership.
This is a hands-on role with exposure across multiple entities.
You will take the lead on performance reporting, cash flow management, strategic funding conversations, and financial oversight of group operations.
You'll also support key projects such as refinancing, acquisitions, and entity restructuring.
This role involves leading through influence, guiding junior staff, and engaging with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and presentation of board and performance reports
2. Cash flow management, working capital, and funding strategies
3. Financing and refinancing assistance, including relationships with banks and private funders
4. Weekly commentary and strategic input on venue-level performance
5. Ongoing entity restructure and group-level financial planning
6. Annual and half-yearly reporting, tax compliance, and consolidated financials
7. Guidance for junior finance staff and review of team deliverables
8. Financial risk management and commercial decision support
9. Overseeing key contracts, service agreements, and project invoicing
10. Collaboration with legal, HR, and operational leaders

Your qualifications include:
* CA or CPA qualification
* Strong technical foundation in financial reporting, tax, and compliance
* Ability to lead strategic conversations on cash flow, funding, and performance
* Sharp commercial acumen and experience supporting executive-level decisions
* Excellent Excel skills and data-driven thinking
* Experience in hospitality, property, or private investment is beneficial
