Digital Sales & CRM Coordinator

Village is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Digital Sales & CRM Coordinator to join our friendly team. This role is full time and reports to our Sales Manager.

Objectives
The Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimising our CRM, leading digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing and sales operations.
This role oversees website performance, campaign reporting, and digital communications, while supporting sales teams with EDMs, property listings, and sales collateral.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
* Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, with a focus on driving traffic, analysis, enquiries, and customer engagement.
* Oversee Google Analytics and other tracking tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns.
* Monitor paid and organic digital activities, collaborating with consultants and agencies where required.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform digital strategy and positioning.
CRM & Sales Operations
* Manage and optimise the company's CRM, including data capture, reporting, automation workflows, and integration with other business systems.
* Provide accurate and timely sales and marketing performance reports for senior management.
Website & Online Presence
* Manage the company & project websites, ensuring content is current, optimised for user experience, and integrated with CRM systems.
* Ensure all property listings, landing pages, and digital assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Digital Communications
* Plan, help design, and distribute email campaigns (EDMs) in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
* Coordinate digital communication strategies across channels, ensuring consistency of messaging.
What You'll Bring
· years minimum in a similar role preferably in property or construction
· Property Shell /CRM superstar please
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
· Friendly, professional communication style
· Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
