Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site access, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely and accurate data updates. They will also assist with daily and weekly reporting and support operational departments with general administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site access for new employees and contractor personnel
* Coordinate travel arrangements for transport to and from the site
* Ensure timely and accurate data updates in Inflight and INX databases
* Assist with daily and weekly reporting

Requirements
* Experience: 2 years' experience in a site administration role
* Qualifications: Hold an unencumbered Australian manual C-class driver's license
