Responsibilities
The Family Hotel is seeking a reliable, hands-on Shift Manager to help lead daily operations across our busy, community focused venue.
You'll be responsible for keeping the pub running smoothly during your shift, supporting staff, ensuring great customer service and upholding compliance standards.
Ideal candidate is confident, organised, and experienced in pub or hospitality leadership who enjoys a mix of bar, bistro, gaming and accommodation operations.
