Job Description
* Develop and maintain robust quality management systems that support business operations.
* Implement and manage RIB CX at a project level, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
* Design and coordinate Quality and Information Management Systems tailored to meet specific project requirements.
* Deliver education, training, and ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Investigate, implement, and optimize improvements in system functionality, automation, and efficiency.
* Conduct regular audits and consistency reviews to ensure compliance, performance, and opportunities for enhancement.
The Project
The project involves the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a plant with planned production start-up in 2028.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate Quality and Information Management Systems, including document control and handover records.
* Provide expert education and training to internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify and implement enhancements in system functionality, automation, and efficiency.
* Perform audits and consistency reviews to maintain high standards.
* Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Strong expertise in RIB CX Electronic Document Management System and associated applications.
* In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements.
* Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through presentations and written reports.
