About the role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead a fashion-focused retail store where customer experience, styling and team culture are everything. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, perfect for someone who loves leading from the floor, building strong teams and creating beautiful in-store experiences.
You'll take full ownership of store performance, driving sales through exceptional service, visual standards and styling expertise, while developing a motivated and high-performing team.
What you'll be doing
* Leading, coaching and inspiring your team to achieve sales and KPI targets
* Driving a customer-first culture with a strong focus on styling and personal service
* Creating memorable shopping experiences and building loyal customer relationships
* Managing daily store operations including rosters, wages and store costs
* Overseeing visual merchandising to ensure the store always looks polished and on brand
* Recruiting, training and developing team members
* Performance managing and providing regular coaching and feedback
* Ensuring stock is managed effectively and loss prevention standards are met
* Upholding all policies, procedures and operational standards
About you
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail
* A strong passion for fashion, styling and customer experience
* Confident leader who can motivate and develop a team
* Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
