The F&B Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of food and beverage services at the hotel. As a key member of the management team, this professional will lead a motivated staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.




Responsibilities:




* Oversee a team of staff to guarantee efficient service delivery

* Maintain high standards of culinary excellence and presentation

* Manage inventory levels and control stock movement

Requirements:




* Experience in the food and beverage industry

* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
