We are a dedicated team focused on identifying and resolving customer breakpoints within business processes, collaborating with stakeholders across CBA to minimize customer complaints. We aim to harness analytics and technology to identify solutions that improve customer experiences and outcomes.
We have two opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply Advanced Analytics Techniques: Conduct discovery of customer breakpoints using advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithms, clustering, and other relevant methods. Ensure robustness, accuracy, and relevance of analytical solutions.
* Collaborate with Senior Management and Stakeholders: Identify and prioritize breakpoints, translate analytical results into strategic insights and actionable recommendations, and work with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
* Maintain Data Governance: Uphold data governance standards; ensure data integrity, quality, and security in analysis.
* Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with trends in data analytics and machine learning; drive innovation in methodologies and tools.

* Data Governance: Understanding of data governance standards and practices to ensure data integrity and security.
* Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
