Temporary Executive/Administration Assistant Needed On an Initial 3-month Contract

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive/Administration Assistant with strong committee support capability to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will bring a skillset of confidence with meeting coordination, documentation, minute‑taking, and executive support to a Senior Executive, with a background in a legal environment or working within regulated environments. This role requires strong organisational capability, excellent minute‑taking skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information within a regulated or legal‑focused environment.
Your new role
* Attend key meetings and record accurate, structured minutes and action items
* Coordinate meeting scheduling, invitations, and logistics, including room/VC setup
* Prepare agendas, briefing notes, meeting packs and supporting materials as required
* Provide high‑level diary, inbox and correspondence management
* Prioritise incoming requests and ensure the executive is prepared for upcoming commitments
* Coordinate travel, appointments and stakeholder engagements as needed
* Draft, review and format documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
* Maintain structured filing systems, document registers and version control, including SharePoint administration
* Handle confidential legal and governance documentation with discretion and adherence to internal processes
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth workflow and timely document turnaround
* Assist with report preparation, summaries and documentation for leadership teams
* Contribute to efficient administrative operations across the legal function.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience providing senior administrative or EA support
* Strong capability in attending meetings and producing accurate minutes
* Excellent written communication and high attention to detail
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
* Confidence working with documents, registers and structured processes
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Background in legal administration, governance support or a regulated environment is preferred but not essential.
