**Your Role**:
As the Card Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of the card marketing strategy. You will lead the Card Contact Centre team, manage both inbound and outbound sales and service activities, and actively contribute to the expansion of the card business across all regions. Your expertise and leadership will ensure customers receive a seamless service experience aligned with the company's values and expectations.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Leadership / Culture / People**: Lead and develop the Card Contact Team, fostering a customer-centric culture and driving performance. Provide coaching, training, and align team targets for success.
- ** Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and handling inquiries and complaints with efficiency and care.
- ** System Maintenance & Support**: Maintain data integrity, manage card activity, and strategically utilize call center technology to enhance daily operations.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in B2B and B2C sectors.
- MUST HAVE: Strong understanding of card product development, including features, pricing, terms, and regulatory requirements highly desirable.
- Experience in defining card product features, benefits, pricing, and terms to maximize customer value and competiti
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret customer insights and market trends.
