Lumus Imaging is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Medical Receptionist/Clerical in Charge to lead the team across two of our sites: Victoria Point and Beenleigh.
This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to support a team of dedicated Medical Receptionists, work closely with the Imaging manager and contribute to the smooth operation of these practices – all while delivering exceptional patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities
As Head Medical Receptionist you will oversee all aspects of administration including:
* Staff Training, Mentoring and Development
* Fostering a positive and inclusive culture
* Managing all administration across both practices.
* Delivering High quality customer service and care
* General Clerical Duties
* Patient record management
* Medicare billing and banking
* Collaborating with the site leadership team to support staff, patients, and the Radiologist.
