Confident, proactive, and outcomes-focused, you'll enjoy working with autonomy while being part of a cooperative and supportive team. nYou'll thrive in this role if you:n - Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. - Have a strong track record of achieving recruitment KPIs and contributing to growth targets. - Are self-motivated, proactive and take initiative, working effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Bring exceptional administrative, customer service and organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail in everything you do. - Stay calm, focused, and adaptable when juggling competing priorities. - Are a natural networker who enjoys building lasting connections. - Know about apprenticeships, traineeships, or the VET system (highly regarded). - Previous experience in youth employment services and/or having current community organisation connections (advantageous). - Hold a current driver's licence and can meet employment screening requirements. - \*Key responsibilities:\*\* - \*Recruitment and Engagement\*\* - Screen, interview and shortlist applications based on eligibility requirements. - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. - Represent WPC Group at career expos, industry events, and information sessions. - Work closely with employer partners to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process. - Support new apprentices and trainees with their transition into the workforce, with mentorship, informative orientations, accurate administration, and compliance. - Prepare and coordinate national, state, and individual-level reporting for automotive programs. - \*Marketing and Strategic Communications\*\* - Support attraction and selection strategies through presentations at schools, TAFEs, career expos and industry events. - Keep recruitment materials fresh and engaging. - Use social media and networking to source talent. - \*Administration and compliance\*\* - Provide operational and administrative support across national automotive programs. - Maintain reports on recruitment activities. - Assist with employment contracts, PPE distribution, and compliance tasks. - Support the team with job listings and applicant tracking. - Assist with day-to-day operations of the office. nFor the right person, this role offers the opportunity to grow beyond traditional recruitment\*\*,\*\* into mentoring, business development, and contributing to growth and strategy.
