Due to strong growth, the EA function has recently been split into two positions - allowing you to focus purely on high-level administration, coordination and operational support.
You'll also be working alongside an experienced EA who previously covered the entire role, giving you support, training and a true team structure from day one.

You'll be working closely with another EA who understands the role inside out, giving you ongoing support and ensuring a smooth transition.
Key responsibilities include: Managing all day-to-day administrative duties for the lead agent Coordinating property campaigns from pre-listing through to settlement Liaising with clients, suppliers, vendors, buyers and solicitors Preparing listing kits, appraisal documents and sales presentations Managing the exchange-to-settlement process including documentation and invoicing Ensuring all properties are prepared and presented to a premium standard What You Need Current COR + driver's license Strong administrative experience within real estate Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills High attention to detail and a polished, professional approach Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
