Overview
Our client, a highly regarded law firm in the Norwest area, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their close-knit and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong litigation support experience who enjoys being an integral part of a practice and keeping matters running smoothly.
The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting solicitors and contributing to the efficient management of matters. You will:
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, expert witnesses, and courts to ensure matters progress on time
- Draft, review, and finalise legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with client meetings and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders
- Keep matters well-organised and on track
- Support continuous improvement of practice-wide processes
About You
We are seeking a candidate who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a busy litigation environment. To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years\' experience as a Legal Secretary (litigation experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency with legal systems and Microsoft Office
- A genuine team-player mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work
