About the Role
As we enter a period of significant growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Scheduler to create and maintain the project cost, schedule, and quality of our project pipeline, while providing a Performance Management Baseline on behalf of the Project Managers in collaboration with the project team. Your remit will be as broad as it is challenging. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Leading and supporting Cost Controllers, Project Engineers, Planner / Schedulers, and Contract Administrators.
* Providing support services to L3Harris Project Managers under the supervision of the PMO Manager.
* Establishing, maintaining, analyzing and reporting schedules, Earned Value Management System data, and financial data as required.
* Assisting the Project Management function to continuously improve, mature and extend the project costs, budgets, claims and forecasts.
About You
* Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent Performance Management system training experience.
* Project Management training or equivalent experience.
* Experience in Earned Value Performance management methods.
