Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead safety initiatives and ensure WHS compliance.
2. Partner with leaders on people strategies for operational excellence.
3. Leverage data for informed decision-making.
4. Lead and develop the recruitment and people services team.
5. Oversee People and Culture systems and projects.
6. Develop and implement a talent strategy (recruitment & onboarding).
7. Manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.
8. Ensure fair compensation and accurate HRIS data.
9. Contribute to strategic decisions with business acumen.
10. Advise on legislative funding and trainee wages.
You are a:
11. HR, Business, Law graduate with extensive experience.
12. Proven leader with a track record of supporting and developing a team.
13. Excellent communicator with strong business acumen.
14. Adept at building relationships and driving change.
15. Proficient in HRIS, MS Suite, and relevant legislation.
16. Flexible and adaptable with a “C” class driver’s license.
