Responsibilities
As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting and working alongside the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, delivering every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to.

* A great team player - working with the whole team, both front of house and back of house, to ensure that every customer has a fantastic experience.
