Assetlink is seeking an experienced and organised Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of our front reception desk. As a key point of contact, you will provide efficient and effective support and coordination of various business activities.
This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
* Creation of a highly engaging corporate experience once guests arrive on level 25. Provide a welcoming face for our employees and guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
* Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
* Ensure compliance at all times including guests are signed in and out using our SINE system, as well as other systems
* Operate Landis Attendant Pro telephony system (switchboard), ensuring calls are answered promptly and forwarded to the appropriate area
* Management of meeting rooms & Boardroom including relevant catering management Provide administrative and coordination support to the business as required, including but not limited to Expenses and Purchase Orders, overflow of administration needs and project support
* Create security access passes for new and existing employees, manage temp pases for off-site employees and contractors
* Maintain the General Information email inbox and forward emails to the relevant employee or team
* Assess incoming enquiries and correspondence, determine priorities, and undertake other action or refer as necessary
* Coordinate corporate events including catering requirements as needed
* Ownership of the Level 25 engagement plan of calendar events
* Overflow admin duties and support work
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Customer facing/administration experience in a similar role, who enjoys being the first point of contact and managing a busy corporate reception area
* Sound knowledge of, and experience with computer-based systems including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and record management systems
* Well-developed inter-personal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrated high-level administrative and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
