This is a permanent full-time position paying $70-78k super per annum, offering the successful applicant 1 day a week working from home after initial training is completed. The Role Reporting to the Senior Accountant, your duties will include: Process end-to-end accounts payable and receivable Manage weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Perform balance sheet reconciliations Assist with BAS, IAS preparation Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare various journal entries Assist with annual audits Assist with employee expense claims as required Your Profile A minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role. A demonstrated ability to manage end to end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, whilst supporting with general ledger accounting activities. You will possess an intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables/ V-lookups), with an aptitude to learn new finance systems quickly.
