Responsibilities
Work closely with senior agents to learn prospecting, listings and sales processes
Build strong relationships within the local community to support business growth
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appraisal, listing, negotiation and sales journey
Engage in lead generation, prospecting, follow-up calls and new business development
Manage buyer and seller enquiries and support property appraisals
Assist in property viewings, OFIs and marketing activities
Support the contract, negotiation and settlement processes
Contribute to local area marketing and promotional initiatives
Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients and the team
