About the role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our supportive team at WPC Lawyers in Melton.
In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital part in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner and managing client intake.
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails promptly and courteously and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Managing appointment bookings and maintaining an up-to-date office calendar.
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, photocopying and opening new files.
- Providing administrative support to the team and solicitors as required.
What we\'re looking for
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk/customer service role is preferred (law firm experience/ wills & estate administration experience is desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with legal software like Smokeball or LEAP is a bonus.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
