About the role
This is a full-time casual Admin/Scheduler role at Ballantyne', located in Mandurah WA 6210. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and scheduling assistance to the business.
What you'll be doing
Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Maintaining and updating databases and records
Preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation as required
Providing general administrative support to the team
Assisting with project coordination and special tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using SimPro Suite is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
