Our client is hiring for a Geology Database Administrator to join a driven, high-performing team working on a critical minerals project that supports global supply. This is a full-time role where data quality really matters, supporting a Pre-Feasibility Study and ongoing project work.
You'll be the backbone of the geology function, keeping databases clean, accurate, and audit-ready while working closely with geologists, engineers, labs, and consultants.
What you'll be doing
* Owning geological databases across drilling, sampling, logging, assays, and surveys
* Validating incoming data and running QA/QC checks
* Managing imports, exports, backups, and version control
* Supporting technical reports, studies, and resource work with reliable data
* Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep data consistent and fit-for-purpose
What we're looking for
* Experience managing geological or technical databases in mining or exploration
* Strong QA/QC mindset and sharp attention to detail
* Confidence with database and data management tools
* A collaborative, practical approach to getting things done
