We have been involved in the precast industry for over two decades, delivering high-quality standard and customized concrete products to clients across NSW and interstate. We are now diversifying into Steel asset and facility protection systems.
We are a leading supplier of architectural precast bollards, furniture, and barriers for landscapers, builders, schools, councils, and developers. Our product range includes a variety of moulds for each type of product. We also offer standard and custom steel protection systems such as bollards, guardrails, handrails, and downpipe protectors for industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and effectively communicate the value of our products.
Building Relationships: Connect with decision makers, construction professionals, and industry contacts to promote our products and services.
Project Follow-Up: Maintain thorough project records and follow up on leads to ensure opportunities are nurtured throughout the sales process.
Takeoffs and Estimating: Conduct takeoffs and estimate project costs accurately to prepare competitive quotations.
Quotation Compilation: Compile quotations and proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and project specifications.
Client Communication: Professionally liaise with clients, providing information, answering inquiries, and offering exceptional customer service.
Tenacious Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with clients to secure orders and close deals.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Civil or Construction industry is highly desirable.
- An eagerness to transition into a sales role and a hunger for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
