About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and commercially minded Head of Marketing & E‑commerce to lead the evolution of Haircare Group's brand and digital ecosystem.
This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of our corporate and imported brands, spanning brand strategy, digital marketing, e‑commerce, CRM, and creative design. You'll lead a cross‑functional team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including our Managing Director, to deliver integrated, data‑led strategies that drive growth across B2B channels and prepare for future D2C opportunities.
As a true brand custodian, you will own the overarching brand strategy and ensure consistency in tone, positioning, and visual identity across all platforms and markets.
About You
* 10+ years' experience in senior leadership roles spanning marketing, digital, e‑commerce, CRM, and design
* Proven success in brand strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel growth
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large budgets
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
* Passion for innovation, customer experience, and market expansion
